As a small restaurant owner, Eric kept the books and oversaw the business then successfully sold it to a partnership of chefs from a local resort. Eric also owned and operated a worldwide trading company that dealt in buying and selling a wide range of raw materials used in manufacturing. For 15 years, his company imported, exported and distributed large quantities of products to and from North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. Eric has been active in the Jacksonville real estate market and has helped many investors from individuals to large institutions buy and sell properties in the Jacksonville and surrounding area.
