James Bolinger
Mr. Bolinger has been a Senior Manager in an international public accounting firm, the Managing Partner in a nation-wide consulting firm and a small business owner. Jim’s career has spanned 45 years with extensive experience in finance, organizational strategy, business planning, business valuations, feasibility studies and small business ownership.
In assisting clients to achieve the optimal result, Jim considers all factors which impact the transaction. He is careful to consider the historical and current financial profile of the business, business operations, market characteristics, relevant human relations issues, and negotiation dynamics. He may also be able to assist with post-transaction issues.
Jim has an MBA with Honors from the University Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
